Hey look, when you've been open for 45 minutes and have customers sitting inside. It would be beneficial to ensure your drink machine is in fact operational and has ice. Also when a call in order is placed to have it done on time. I can understand being a few minutes off one time... But each and every time I place an internet to go order? No that is bad for business. Today the I got so fed up with the drink machine after my order was not completed on time I just left the cup and said to heck with it, keep my money for the drink, I wont be back.

I placed my order online and was given a pick up time of 10:09 PM when I arrives at 10:14 PM my husband was told they didnt know when our order would be ready and that it was 4 tickets before ours. I went inside to ask for a refund because of the imcompentience of NOT knowing when my food would be ready. The young lady at the register was beyond rude, and her ONLY answer was "I dont know when your order would be ready" it was almost 30 minutes later, and was told that a bigger order came in so to me they placed that order before anyone else ticket. I got the run around from the MOD when I asked for a refund. The young lady at the counter instead of trying to actually see how long it would take turned other customers away from ordering with her response of NOT knowing how long orders would take. I will NEVER patronize that establishment again. The food is horrible on top of the service.
Best wings fast friendly clean
The only thing saving this place from getting one star is the food. Customer service is nonexistant. After my last order was placed, I showed up at the time the food was expected to be ready, only to find that the staff hadn't begun to prepare it. I'd understand some delay if the restaurant was busy, but this was the only order in their queue.
