I DO enjoy their karaoke however. That's why this review gets two stars instead of one.
I asked the bartender what the specials were and he told me the happy hour specials without letting me know they were only during certain hours instead of all night. So when I was surprised that my last round rang up twice as expensive as before, the manager utterly didn't care and rudely just said "SORRY. that's how it is. nothing I can do about it" This was a weeknight. It wasn't busy. She could have done *something* to smooth things over. I felt pretty scammed.
