3. Waiter did not acknowledge us or take drink orders for another 15 minutes.
5. After 40 minutes at or table, our drinks had not been served. We confronted the waiter about lack of service and were offered no apology or solution. We left.
The main course of Scallops, were excellent/ The pork chop was a different story. A half inch fat cap that was cold to touch. There were maybe four bites to the chop and they were marbled with cold fat. We made the decision to let the server know.Being that they had only been open for two weeks, we thought it was wise. Apparently, the chef was offended. He relayed to us via the server that he liked to leave the fat cap on the chop. Sadly, we will not order that again. It was terrible. The owner (maybe the wife of the chef) offered a flour less cake for our troubles. We accepted and it was tasty. If we come back, it will be for appetizers only. The menus were dog eared as if they had been used before, the lighting for dinner was too bright and the lights needed to be dimmed. Two weeks open and apparently still a learning curve.
1. I made reservations a month out. I called the week of to confirm, and they had no record of my reservation.
4. There was a set 4 course meal which was not made known in advance (either time I called) and not posted on their website.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Only on the appetizers at the moment. Wow, extremely good.

2. We got to the restaurant an hour before our new reservation time and sat at the bar. Hostess told us we would be seated early. We were not seated until 10 minutes after our reservation time.
