Utterly disgusting is the only thing I can say about this motel. Hair coats the bathroom, shampoo bottles used, stained sheets, bed not made, mildew odor, carpet not vacuumed, I could go on for days. The lack of maintenance and cleanliness makes the drive out of Oxford or the $400 room charge at another hotel the easiest decision I've ever made.
Staff was very friendly ! Perfect location and walking distance to the Oxford Square. Room was clean and breakfast area clean. Need a good night sleep stay here.
There rooms are great and the staff is friendly. Any one who stays in hotels know towels get stained. So one slipped by the staff but good out weighed the bad by a 100%.
The rooms weren't amazing but very cost efficient and acceptably Clean. The location was perfect for the event we were attending during our stay in Oxford. The event is held annually and we have attended for the past 7-8 years and have always chosen to stay at The University Inn.
I would not ever stay here again. I found 2 roaches on my pillow when I checked in. There was a guy smoking weed in the parking lot. The place was disgusting and dirty. The owner would not give me a refund after I showed him a picture of the roaches in the bed. He was unapologetic and rude.
