Best gym in 100 mile radius!
I have been coming to this gym for over a year and a half now and have yet to grow tired of it. The instructors continually change the routines, so there is never any "getting used to" the workouts. They have added new classes, such as Jiu Jitsu and striking, and they really emphasize the ability to defend oneself rather than just making sure you get a good workout.

My wife and I have been working out at Oxford Fitness Kickboxing for about a month now. There is no better place in Oxford to get a great workout with fantastic people! We had the blessing of talking with Jamie, the owner, for a while and after getting to know him for a bit we can honestly say we would never go anywhere else to work out. He is so friendly and easy to talk to and runs his business incredibly well. The facility is fantastic and all the equipment is very well taken care of and top of the line. I should also mention our instructor, Ben, who's class we attend regularly. Ben has been a fantastic teacher, even with a class full of students, he takes time to show us proper punching and kicking technique. The classes are tough, as they should be, and Ben is great at pushing people to do better but not so hard that someone gets hurt. We really cannot say enough about Oxford Fitness Kickboxing and we will be working out there as often as our schedules allow, for as long as we live in or around Oxford. Finally the prices are very reasonable, even for a young married couple like us, living on one income and one school payment.
