A GREAT workout, from every teacher. They listen and take the time to learn what your body needs - when to push and when to back off. I started yoga @ HYP as a very injured runner, with a lotta strength and no flexibility and lots of pain. I am doing things now I never imagined I could attempt!

The teachers & students here quickly become like family and promote an uplifting environment while pushing you to be your best self.
