I love that checking the screen to get into the right zone is like a game! OTF is based on what YOU can do, so you know you're doing what is best for your body, and not someone else's. I come in every workout not knowing what to expect, so it makes it thrilling (instead of boring) to go to the gym. :)
I live in Colorado and my fiancé has a condo in Oxford. So happy I can workout in both locations! Staff in Oxford were really great! Very helpful!
