I contacted Pam's Pools and asked for her most accurate price to close my pool. I was quoted $275 plus chemicals. My bill just came yesterday for $535!! I was charged an extra $150 for what my bill says was "extra cleaning time and having to make 2 trips". The extra time was probably because it took them over 2 weeks after I contacted them before they showed up to clean and close. And the 2 trips, we were told they would give us 24 hour notice before coming. The techs called me at work and said "hey we are at your house, where is your cover?" No notice at all, my cover was in a locked building so that's why they had to come back on a second trip. This was first business with Pam's after not being pleased with our previous pool care company. Looks like it should be my last business with this place! BEWARE!!
This pool company is a complete joke! What horrible service! I have been dealing with the incompetence for years now. The only thing that they are reliable about is being, unreliable! The owner Pam is a complete joke! Take your money elsewhere. Look at the other reviews. I am not the only one!
I would rather give a 0... They are very rude, unprofessional and not reliable. Your customers are what keeps you in business, and feeds your families why would any business want to run them away!
Pals pools and Spas were indispensable in helping me start up a pool.They were Educational , informative and always willing to provide good advice (and reliably test water samples.) With their help and guidance I was able to resurrect an older pool system . It works beautifully now , and at an economical price!
I contacted Pam's Pool about chemicals and pool care. They were rude, unhelpful, and over priced. They were not interested in helping me and they charge almost twice what their competitors charge.
Ethnic training and customer care training much needed for this establishment go elsewhere!!
