Amazing service by Marquis Towing... My sons had car trouble just outside Oxford and were rescued by Marquis Towing. Great service by a great company. Highly recommended.
Arrived 5 hours from out of town after 11pm only to lock my keys in my car. Paid $50 which hurt, but felt worth it. They arrived quickly in about 15-20 minutes to a location 20 minutes outside Oxford. Extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Got me into my car in minutes. Very thankful for the service.
extremely unprofessional the boss lady cussed out one of the employees standing right in front of me. They are very organized as in they gave me the wrong u haul trailer which made it extremely difficult for me to return. I've never had a good experience while dealing with these people and would never recommend them to anyone
I would just like to say that a lot of these reviews are from people who were parked somewhere they weren't supposed to be and had their car towed. If we patrol a complex (management has asked for our services) we post signs to let you know that we patrol there. We have no way of knowing if you have been parked for 5 minutes or 5 hours. You shouldn't be parked there at all. We are trying to help the people who pay rent there and have a right to park by their building. We are the primary provider in this area for most roadside assistance companies. Including AAA, Allstate, Road America and many more. We are a 24 hour towing service but we have office hours to conduct things like pick-ups. I hope I have cleared up some of these unfair allegations made in these reviews and i hope if you are looking for towing services you will take into account the nature of our business.
I called up Marquis towing after I got my small SUV stuck in the mud since it was a rainy Sunday morning. This was the wrecker service that State Farm preferred to use as their first choice for road side assistance. I left my car to go get some lunch and scheduled an appointment right after. As soon as State Farm called them, the wrecker came out thirty minutes early and said there was no one in need of assistance. Mind you State Farm paid for this nonsense trip. I then had to reschedule a new appointment for thirty minutes later for a very unhappy and rude man to hop out of a wrecker and tell me he was unable to tow me by just looking at where my car was (which was a flat surface a 100 ft from asphalt). He then said he would have to get another wrecker and that it would cost me $100 and an hour of my time. I then called another wrecker company, which came in 20 minutes and got me out in 5 minutes. I will never return to this company for business.
