Unless you plan on moving into a 2 bedroom and splitting the rent and utilities, and are someone who doesn't mind a lot of noise, it would be a better option just to move somewhere on the outskirts of Oxford and just travel the extra couple miles.
The apartment was dirty the light fixture was sitting in sink on move in. Cooktop elements broken, microwave handle broken, toilet paper handle constantly falling. Shower head forever old and outdated

Lived here since May 2015, will live here another couple years. I love it.
Originally, I moved here because I was told it was quiet and that was what I needed since I'm a graduate student. However, now it's so loud because of construction and the Cookout which doesn't close until 3 am on most nights.. It's almost a guarantee if you live in the buildings closest to the new establishments, you're going to get limited sleep and be woken up by 5:30 am every morning which only happened on garbage day when I first moved in.

I love living here, and the staff is awesome. It's also alot of space for a one bedroom apartment. However the rates are so expensive and only increase, but no extra amenities are given. The only thing included is the Internet and cable which doesn't make much sense to me since the water bill comes from the apartment complex. For the prices you pay to live here, the water should be included as well, especially since there is alway some type of pipe bursting and the water gets shut off. I think it's happened 5 or 6 times since I moved here, and I've only lived here a year.
Had two nice pieces of gold jewelry stolen out of apartment. The maintenance man was very creepy and I felt extremely uncomfortable with him having a key to my apartment. There was paint on the floor the painted wallpaper was peeling. It was substandard. How do they get away with it ?
We had trouble constantly with air condition management told me it was a hot day out and AC was trying. It was broken.
Cook out restaurant was right near unit they dont close till 3 am & could hear people ordering. Parties in their parking lot.
A very good place to stay, has all the amenities and is one of the cheapest complex in Oxford.
A terrible experience all around .
