Lord knows I have had the best experience with Moore brothers everyone here is awesome Mike and Dean are super nice great salesman and manager but the whole team is very good have not met a one that wasn't.
If I could rate with zero stars I would. We set up a test drive appointment drive 2 hrs get there and the vehicle we scheduled to test drive WAS NOT on the lot. Some friend of the boss was out joy riding in it. We wait around for 2 hours and they "couldn't get ahold of her." We left and headed home got 30 mins from home and they called to tell us she was on her way back and asked us to come back. Really? No way. He offered to bring it to us the next day so we agreed, he came he and my husband made a deal settled on a price and we told him we would be there first thing Saturday to pick it up. He agrees and says he wull pull ir around back and put sold on it. He calls today (Thursday) to ask for a $500 deposit in order for him to hold it, which is fine, but then continues with we have someone coming to look at it today and more appointments tomorrow. We told them to keep it and we were no longer interested. I will NEVER consider a vehicle from this dealership nor will I even visit their website to browse!
There salesmen were very kind and professional. They were very fast. Got me in and out very quick. Brandon Champion was my salesman. I would recommend him to anyone.
