I've been going to Camp Hopewell since 2010 and I've loved it ever since. My counselors were the greatest and the environment was amazing. Nature ready is one of God's greatest gifts and call made sure we knew that. Camp Hopewell is and always will be my first love. It's my home away from home that I never want to leave. The Food is OMG!!!!! The activities are one of a kind. The staff is perfect in every way. They are there for the children and only a little for themselves. Camp Hopewell is therapeutic for all ages (that are allowed ) and God is really a fixture that the Camp leans on. My children are going one day, no matter where we live!
I've been either a camper or a counselor at Hopewell for most of the summers of my life and it has absolutely shaped who I have grown to be. I have memories of canoeing, hiking, climbing on the ropes course, and worshiping in fellowship with friends and family that I'll treasure all my life. It's easy to say: I love Camp Hopewell!
Being a camper at Hopewell and working on staff has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Hopewell has helped to shape me to be the person that I am today and helped me to grow in my faith and leadership skills. Hopewell is definitely a place to send your kids for a wonderful experience of playing games, learning new skills, and meeting new people who will probably end up being some of your best friends. I know at least for me that I have met most of my best friends through camp.
Whether you spend a day, a week, a summer, or longer at Camp Hopewell, it is one of those places that stays with you for life. I met some of my dearest friends at Camp Hopewell and the majority of my favorite summer memories happened there. I would recommend Camp Hopewell to anyone without the slightest hesitation - it is a beautiful place filled with beautiful souls and amazing experiences!!
By far the best summer any kid, teenager, or adult could have! Camp Hopewell will give campers more opportunities in one week than most children could imagine in one summer. The directors of the camp truly love what they do and pass that love along to their summer staff. If you, your child, or your group/organization want to experience the best day, weekend, week, or summer of your/their lives, then look no further!
