He did give me time to get cash from the ATM after I found out he only accepts cash and didn't give me any problems with meeting me right down the road to pay him. This review is not about him being a bad person, however, I just believe when it comes to fixing a roof the service is just sub-par, at least in my experience.
Great guy, friendly, able to get along with and personable (Mr. Parker). However, won't show up and keep appointment times. He was suppose to come a Friday to tarp the top of my roof to stop some of this leaking as requested by the insurance company. He didn't give me a call or try to get in touch with me when that Friday came, I talked to him the day before (Wednesday or Thursday).
This company only wants your money. Alan gave estimate said he would fix it if it continues to leak at least 2 times after he fixed it and will check on it. After we paid him in full after the work was done we never could get him to come back or fix the same problem that was happening. Don't be fooled by this guy he has done it to more than me.
Charged me 120 dollars to reseal a water heater vent on the roof that took less than 10 minutes and didn't even try to get into the attic where all the damage was occurring. Told me to call him back if the issue persist.
Has a good personality; I am sure he is great putting on a new roof, however, I do not believe he is interested in fixing minor roof issues. I give him a one star because he has left me in a bind has me having to get someone out of town to come in to fix my roof and actually go into my attic having me wait even longer with all this rain occurring causing even more problems. You take a gamble using him in my opinion.

Friendly guy, but failed on keeping appointment, didn't attempt to fix the roof after the first failure. In my opinion, do not use to fix your roof. He may be great at putting on a new roof, but if you need patch jobs or have minor leaks, he is not the guy to use.
