Also, the iron press is worthless. You are suppose to put the shirts on the press evenly or else it won't press it evenly. They just throw your shirt on the press, button up only the top button and press it. If you aren't going to take the few seconds to put the clothes on the press evenly so it irons it evenly, it's better not to even press it! I rather have an unpressed shirt than crooked pressed, now it going to take even more time for me to fix it.

Took several shirts to get dry cleaned, mentioned one having stains and reached out to grab the shirt with the stains so I can point it out, but the lady snatched all the clothes and walked off and said "we'll try. that's all I can tell you".
Don't waste your time here, because they certainly aren't wasting any of their time, the objective of this cleaner is to rush rush rush just to say "done".
Another one of these businesses in oxford that are in business because they are the only one and can do any thing they want.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...forget what the hangers say, "we love our customers." I brought in a $250 blouse and come to find out not only was the top not completely pressed but I pretty much paid $7 for them to put a 1" hole in the garment that's not fixable, nor did they offer to refund me. They said there's nothing they could do...you could refund me for destroying my shirt. Thanks Rainbow Cleaners. Next time I need some paper shredded I'll stop by.
Although I heard of a new cleaner opening in town, I'll have to try that, hopefully it works or I'll just stick to cleaning back home between breaks.
They've been making me look good for years. Always friendly, and stuff is ready on time or early.
Recently I took my rand new $300 dress to get cleaned and pressed. I had never worn it before and it was in perfect condition. When I came to pick it up, there was black marks all over the dress. They told me they would get it out and if they couldn't they would reimburse me for the dress. When I went to pick it up the second time, it was discolored from them trying to get the stains out THAT WERE STILL THERE. I went to the store 5 times and the manager was not once available to talk to me. After calling him he refused to reimburse me and basically told me I was a liar and that there was no way they did this to the dress and he has a responsibility for his business. In my opinion there should be a responsibility for the customers. I would never suggest anyone to take their clothing here. Absolutely horrible service.
Why wouldn't you want me to point out the shirt with the stains? unless of course she didn't clean it..... obviously got the shirt back with the same stains and the stains were not removed.
