Every was very knowledgeable. They were nice and told me everything I was going to have done. Good experience.
The wait was very long. I had an appointment at 8:30am and arrived at 8:15am. I was not seen for my ultrasound until 9:25am, which means I waited close to an hour to be seen, even though I arrived on time. The imaging technician was great, I have no complains. However, after my insurance was bill it turned out that I was over charged about $100 for my ultrasound. I called the billing center to inquire about this and the billing person was very rude. She almost hung up on me before I could finish asking my questions. Disappointing customer service.
