Wow! Read reviews before ordering from this florist!!! My daughters 25 Birthday ( kinda special day) today I ordered a Helium balloon bouquet to be sent to her hotel here in Oxford, Ms. when she got to her room the balloons were just all bunched up floating on the ceiling. when you order balloons from a florist or party city or anywhere they attach EITHER a Balloon Weight or a latex balloon filled with sand to hold the balloon arrangement down NEITHER were attached to this balloon bouquet!!!!
How does a florist deliver 10 latex & 1 Mylar balloon bouquet with out a balloon weight of some kind attached to the ribbons????????

This is the second time I have ordered flowers from University Florist. The first time the arrangement was pitiful, but I thought I would give them a try again. I ordered today for a friend whose grandmother passed away. What was delivered was nothing like what I ordered and definitely was not worth the money I paid for it. It's like they didn't even care what it looked like. They just threw together some flowers in a vase. I could have done it myself for less money. Will not be using them.
I shouldn't even give them one star. My fiancé got me and my mom flowers for today (Valentine's day). THE FLOWERS NEVER DELIVERED!! The places that we work at close at 5. He called and they said that they were or for delivery now. it's 5:30. no one is at our place of work. she said we could come pick it up when the delivery got back. do NOT order from them. he paid over $150. he should get his money back!!!!
The order delivered was NOTHING like I ordered. I paid extra for delivery in under 4 hours. They called her to come pick it up!!! Do not order from them....they will cheat you completely.
That's a lot to pay for balloons just to float up to the ceiling :(

I ordered my bouquet, boutonnière, and three corsages for my wedding. My total was $150+. The arrangements were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. However, the boutonnière and one of the corsages fell apart while they were being pinned right before the start of the ceremony. I told the owner what happened. She responded with, "Maybe they were left out too long." I told her they were put in the refrigerator as soon as they were brought to the venue. Then she responded with, "Maybe they got too cold." I definitely don't agree with her response and she didn't bother to offer reimbursement.
